To prevent players from making any rookie mistakes at the NFL Draft, we created the SNICKERCHIEF – a stylish pocket square with a Snickers bar discretely attached – so players like fifth overall pick Kayvon Thibodeaux could have a Snickers on hand to sort themselves out before their big moment on the big stage.
We proactively brought this idea to the client just two weeks prior to the NFL Draft, knowing the high stakes and high emotion on draft night leaves players vulnerable for highly televised slip ups.
With a quick turnaround, we managed to produce 40 of the fashionable pocket squares and deliver them to Las Vegas by Draft Night where the accessory made a big splash. Seen by over 12.6 million+ live viewers and widely chatted about online; it’s safe to say it was a night to remember for the right reasons for Thibodeaux and Snickers.
